⭐Did you know. . in the state of Virginia, your spouse does not automatically have power over you when you are no longer able to make your own decisions (and vice versa)? One should make plans to have specific documents stating who should have power over you especially if you're unable to make decisions yourself. This way he or she may act on your behalf. Having a Power of Attorney notarized can be helpful in the future. A Power of Attorney is only valid while the person is living. Getting a Medical Directive is also a great idea, in case you are unable to make your own decisions. Have a Notary verify your identity so you may be proactive.
A mobile notary can provide these notary services and save a husband or wife a lot of time.
In addition, try to consider having a Last Will & Testament notarized as well. For more of what services I offer, visit me here 📞757-869-1761 📧Info@adoracnotary.com #notarypublic #notaryservices #virginia #powerofattorney
